Guest post vs link insertion vs sitewide link.

The three link types do different jobs. Most casino and crypto campaigns use all three, in different proportions.

Guest posts

A new article on the host site with your link in the body. It gives you the most control over topic and context, which makes it the core of most campaigns. The article must fit the host site; generic casino copy on an unrelated blog is the weakest version of this link.

Link insertions

Your link is added to an article that is already published and indexed, sometimes with a sentence or two of new text. The page has history and may already rank, so the link can take effect faster. The catch is fit: the existing article has to be genuinely related to your page. On Backlinksys, link insertion is priced on selected sites and available on request on the rest.

Sitewide links

One link repeated on every page of a site, usually in the footer. It is visible to every visitor and crawler, and it is fast to place. Because it is not part of any article, it carries little topical context, and many identical sitewide links with commercial anchors are an easy pattern to spot. Use brand or URL anchors, a different anchor on each site, and a limited number of sites. Sitewide links on selected Backlinksys sites cost $9.99 for 3 months, $17.99 for 6 months or $29.99 for 12 months.

A simple mix

Use guest posts for most new links, link insertions where an existing article is a close match, and a small number of sitewide links for brand support. Check the result with the anchor text ratio checker.
