Before confirmation or payment
Submitting a request does not take payment. You may withdraw a request before the campaign is confirmed and before paid work begins without a service charge from Backlinksys.
After work begins
Once outreach, content preparation, publisher reservation or placement work has started, completed work and non-recoverable third-party costs are not refundable. Any refund is calculated only for the genuinely undelivered portion.
Unavailable or rejected placements
If an agreed placement cannot be delivered, we will normally offer a comparable replacement. If no reasonable replacement is available, the undelivered portion may be credited or refunded according to the confirmed order terms.
Published placements
A live placement is considered delivered when it matches the confirmed service in material respects. If a verified defect can be corrected, we are entitled to attempt correction or replacement before a refund is considered.
SEO results and third-party changes
Refunds are not provided solely because a search engine does not index a page, rankings do not improve, metrics change, or a publisher later changes its website outside our control. No ranking result is guaranteed.
How to request review
Contact [email protected] with the order number and supporting details as soon as you identify a problem. We will review the order history, live URLs and confirmed scope. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights, where applicable, are not limited by this policy.
